In an arch, every stone carries load and the keystone locks it together. Our work is judged the same way: by each decision that holds the whole.

Restoration

Restore rather than replace.

Where original stone is sound, it stays. Decayed stones are indented or replaced to match, and joints are repointed in lime so the wall can keep drying.
